🔥 Implementation of the anti-hoarding resource program 🔥
--
The Arcadian Fund for Market Regulation (AFMR) keeps monitoring all mining activities ongoing in Arcadia. Surprisingly, the AFMR noticed that many Leaders do not properly use their resources and rather prefer to accumulate them in their headquarters.
The main role of the AFMR is to ensure that the Arcadian economy remains balanced and that every mining activity will thrive. In this context, at 11.58am AST this morning, the AFMR announced the implementation of the anti-hoarding resource program, a new measure intended to incentivize resource recycling.
The increase of the circulating supply of each resource will proportionally affect in a negative way its extraction yields. For instance, if 5% of the Arcadian Fusium has been extracted, every operation extracting Fusium will be 5% less productive.
This new measure goes hand in hand with the anti-junk program implemented a few days ago. Indeed, the improvement of every unit (via level up/fusion etc) will naturally decrease the circulating supply of every resource and help rebalance the whole Arcadian economy.
📝 Summary:
New logic regarding resource mining: the more resources were extracted, the harder it gets to extract the next batch. This factor is correlated to the available supply of specific tokens. For instance, if players extracted 1% of the total supply of a particular token, then the yield of all operations is multiplied by 0.99 (thus reduced by 1%). Performing Level up/Fusion/Blending replenishes the stocks.
