Tackling the Challenge of Onboarding New Players.
One of the main challenges our game faces is onboarding new players. Our team has carefully examined this issue and developed a solid plan to position NBM as the top crypto game in the space.
Addressing the Login Issue: The primary hurdle in the crypto space is wallet login. Each cryptocurrency has its own wallet with specific rules, making it extremely difficult to onboard new users who must read, understand, and, even worse, purchase tokens they are unfamiliar with. This “high cognitive load” leads to significant user friction, resulting in only a small number of users being able to create an NBM account. Unfortunately, non-crypto users often find the process too daunting to even begin.
Over the last few months, our team has developed a seamless email login system that allows users to create an NBM account completely off-chain in less than a few seconds. This traditional email login removes all the challenges associated with crypto login while keeping NBM primarily off-chain and shielding users from overly complicated cryptocurrency concepts that might discourage them.
While being off-chain, users can still interact with WAX assets in a simplified manner, allowing them to contribute to our economy by purchasing assets and tokens.

Mastering the Moment of Truth!
Connecting easily is one thing, but getting users hooked on the product is another! It is generally accepted that once a user is exposed to a new product, their decision to like or dislike it is made in less than five seconds. This brief timeframe, known as “the moment of truth,” is critical for onboarding new users. It’s no coincidence that major companies worldwide spend millions on design to create attractive products that quickly capture the attention of their customers.
NBM should be no different. Upon their first login, new users should be exposed to a great product and guided to perform simple tasks to acclimate them to our wonderful environment. This is why, over the last year, our team has invested significant effort into rethinking our main interface and introducing a quick tutorial.
This tutorial will guide users through obtaining a few gifts, setting up their first mining operations, and getting accustomed to Shadow Depths! With this new strategy, we aim to greatly increase the retention rate of new players by making NBM more attractive and accessible than ever!
Exploring New Horizons!
One thing is certain in the field of cryptocurrency: once users commit to a particular coin, changing their minds is no easy task. Many WAX games have attempted to directly attract new users, often without success.
Rather than requiring players to come to NBM, NBM will go to them with our unique email login and off-chain wallet approach. This technology enables us to integrate other currencies into NBM, building on the success of our earlier Banano integration — a different blockchain product we used to test on a smaller scale. With our email-login solution nearing release, we’ll be able to onboard virtually any major cryptocurrency into NBM, allowing users from other chains to spend their preferred tokens (like SOLANA, IMMUTABLE, ETH, and more) in the NBM shop and acquire assets securely stored on the WAX blockchain.
Our plan is to start with one major gaming blockchain, achieve a successful implementation, promote NBM within that ecosystem, and then expand to additional chains.
Finally, onboarding new users will lead to a significant increase in the value of your assets and tokens as demand rises while supply remains stable. The team intends to conduct only limited sales primarily to support community growth, rather than for revenue generation.

The NBM journey has been filled with both challenges and successes. Thanks to our incredible community and dedicated team, we are closer than ever to achieving a major breakthrough and establishing NBM as a must-play in the space.
